Sandra Guevara, MA CCC-SLP has experience working with children, adult, and geriatric populations with speech, language, fluency, swallowing, and cognitive-communication needs in both acute and outpatient rehabilitation settings. Sandra is certified in Simon Says Speech for myofunctional disorders, SPEAK OUT!® for individuals with Parkinson’s disease, McNeill Dysphagia Therapy Program for individuals with dysphagia, Modified Barium Swallow Impairment Profile (MBSImP), and she holds a Bilingual Certification in speech-language pathology (SLP) from the University of Maryland. She speaks Spanish and is passionate about serving culturally and linguistically diverse populations. Sandra is also a strong advocate for functional and meaningful therapy that includes the needs and goals of each individual patient and family.
